Phil is the super glue that holds MarketPlace together. As a seasoned veteran of the food and beverage world, he combines his technical expertise, acute business acumen, and extensive experience in the creative field to deliver the most relevant, useful, customized business tools imaginable.
The sky’s the limit, but the objective is paramount. The best interest of the client is always at heart when Phil consults with a client. It’s not really about selling a website, web application, or other business tool…it’s about truly crafting a solution that meets client goals, and generates a real return on investment.
Always recognized as the consummate professional, Phil’s hard work and commitment to every client and every project can only be matched by the warm personality and approachable demeanor he’s known so well for. He’s the square yin to Tracy’s trapezoidal yang, and without him, the business would not go round!
- A graduate of Webster University and Ranken Technical College, Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, an Associates Degree in Computer Networking, and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
- Phil has an extensive technology background & has worked at multiple levels from Client Support, Network Engineering, Server Administration, & Application Development.
- Pairing over 10 years of diverse experience in technology & application development with an expertise in web architecture.
It’s true that Phil’s been accused of being a workaholic, but his real passion is his family, and they come first. Any opportunity to spend time with his wife Tracy, his son Aidan, and his two four-legged friends Silky (dog), and Kit Kat (cat), he jumps at. Phil enjoys playing the bass, and actually used to do so in a band with Josh, many moons ago! His love of old-school funk is unrivaled; just the thought of James Brown makes him yell out “I feel good!”. Phil is a big fan of high-quality craft beers, aged highlands scotch, and enjoys barbecuing/smoking fine meats of all kinds.
