Crystal is an art director with a passion for high design, and a tolerance for nothing less than the absolute best. Her extensive experience in the health food industry, including sales, product development, and design makes her an ideal fit for the MarketPlace family, and since joining the company, she’s exceeded all expectations. Always on the cutting edge of design, Crystal collaborates very closely with her design team to consistently meet objectives, hit the target, and deliver the right visuals for the job.
A committed and respected leader, Crystal has an uncommon business sense that complements her creative side, bringing together the right and left brain to strike a unique grounded balance in her work.
And don’t think she’s merely a director…she’s an accomplished designer and marketing strategist, fortifying project results by producing creative concepts, dynamic illustration, and sophisticated type layout across multiple styles and disciplines. She can always be counted on to convey the right message in the right context every time.
- Crystal received her B.A. In Business & Organizational Management from Maryville College, with an emphasis in Finance
- She then went on to receive a 2nd degree in Graphic Communications from SLCC at Meramec. She graduated at the top of her class, with honors.
- Crystal has 5+ years of print, web, & packaging experience. She is always serving up fresh ideas. Her style has been described as clean, bold, and beautiful.
- Crystal has extensive experience, 15+ years, in the Health Food Industry; including sales, product development, and design.
Crystal like to go on hikes, swim in the creek and travel to dog events with her Whippet, Donati, and 4 Silken Windhounds, Willow, Apple, Penelope, & Ruby. She also likes to read about permaculture & survival training, and maintain her organic vegetable and herb garden. As a professional dog photographer, she also enjoys taking pics of pooches doing what they do best.
